How do I know if i want to join your clinic?

Deciding to become a member of our clinic is an important choice, and we understand the value of experiencing our services firsthand. To help you make this decision, we invite you to schedule a first visit with us, without any requirement for membership.

This initial appointment gives you the opportunity to experience our approach to healthcare, meet our dedicated team, and see how our clinic operates. We believe that this experience will help you determine if our clinic aligns with your healthcare needs and expectations.

What insurances do you accept?

We are in network with several insurers. See our list below. Please note that this list does not guarantee coverage.

Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield (both in-state and SOME nation wide plans, no ACA or Health Choice plans at this time) , Aetna (no Aetna Banner plans at this time), Cigna, United Healthcare (UMR), Prime Healthcare, Procura by Optum.

At this time, we are not in network with AHCCCS (this includes but is not limited to AmBetter, Care 1st, Arizona Complete Health, Health Choice Arizona plans) or Medicare Advantage Plans.

Is the annual fee required to be seen at your office?

We encourage all new patients to come in and have their first appointment to experience our approach to care. No annual fee is required prior to the first visit. If you decide that you would like to remain our patient, we will require payment of the annual fee.

Can I use my HSA to pay for the annual fee?

Yes! A number of our patients choose to use their HSAs for this purpose. Health Savings Accounts offer a convenient and tax-advantaged way to cover healthcare expenses, including membership fees for medical services. We recommend checking with your HSA provider for any specific rules or limitations they may have regarding payments for medical service memberships. We are happy to provide documentation to help support your payments made with your HSA.
