This initial appointment gives you the opportunity to experience our approach to healthcare, meet our dedicated team, and see how our clinic operates. We believe that this experience will help you determine if our clinic aligns with your healthcare needs and expectations.

If it’s your first visit to our office & you require immediate attention for an acute medical issue, there is no membership requirement. Your visit will be billed to your insurance, ensuring you receive the necessary care promptly without the need for membership.

If you decide that you would like to continue care with us, a membership will be required for all future appointments. This initial visit can also serve as a chance for you to experience our approach to healthcare.

• No membership for Yearly Physicals: If you are coming in solely for your annual physical examination, there is no need for membership, making it easy for you to maintain your health with regular check-ups.

• For Ongoing Care: If you require ongoing medical care beyond the yearly physical, membership is a requirement.

Membership fees at our clinic are not directly covered by insurance plans. Our membership model primarily operates outside the constraints of traditional insurance to offer more personalized, accessible care.
